While Timesjobs and Naukri were claiming the No. 1 position, Monster announced the launch of a video resume uploading facility in June 2007. The video resume uploading facility was expected to change the online recruitment process in India. The facility enabled prospective employers to watch the candidate's presentation skills online before calling him/her for an interview.
